All orders are being shipped out on time, but there may be delays in delivery due to the high volume of shipments during the holiday season. So please be patient as our carriers work hard to get your package as soon as possible.
Our products are typically shipped within 2-6 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that our natural products do not contain any additives or preservatives, which may cause them to melt during transit in warmer weather. If this happens, place your products in the refrigerator before use.
To avoid melting during transit in warmer weather, we recommend shipping your products to your workplace or an address where someone can promptly accept your package.
Lastly, please note that we do not ship Whipped Body Butter between May 15th and September 15th due to temperature fluctuations.
